Eco friendly Printed Napkin DIY

Day 4 of of our 5 Days of DIY

Keeping with our focus of living more sustainably and reduce/reuse, this DIY fits in perfect.

You will need:
paint brushes
muslin or any cotton material.
fabric paint ( we used Jacquard textile paint)
pinking sheers
foam stamps (optional)

Cut fabric to the size you would like your napkin.
Start painting or stamping.
We found that foam stamps work well. The rubber stamps seemed a little unclear.
Make sure your paint does not clump.

Let air dry.
Cut the edges with pinking sheers and toss in to wash on normal.
Leave unsewn. They're simple.
Your prints will fade and look distressed a bit and that's ok, its part of the handmade aesthetic.

These napkins are simple enough to toss in a lunch box or just everyday napkins. When they're dirty just toss in the wash and reuse.
